This page explains what information Hey Joyride (HJR Creative) collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have any question about it, email hola@heyjoyride.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and anything you write when you fill in a form, book a call or email us.
- How you use the site. Pages you visit, the browser and device you use, where you came from and roughly where you are. This is collected with cookies and tracking pixels.
- Client account data. When a client gives us access to their advertising accounts (for example Google Ads, Meta or Pinterest), we can see the campaign and performance data in those accounts.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run calls and deliver the work you hired us for.
- To send you emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and our own advertising.
- To manage, report on and improve the advertising accounts our clients have given us access to. We only use that data for the client who owns it.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and similar tools from Google Ads and Pinterest. They help us see which pages and ads work, and they let us show our ads to people who have visited this site. You can block these by turning off third party cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our email platform, booking calendar, analytics and advertising platforms, and only as much as each one needs to do its job. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
Connected apps
We use software that connects to advertising platforms, such as the Pinterest, Google Ads and Meta APIs, to manage accounts on behalf of our clients. These connections are used only for accounts we have been given permission to manage. Data from them is not sold, not shared with anyone outside that client relationship, and not used to build profiles of individual people.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working together or while you stay on our email list, and for as long as the law requires for invoices and tax records after that.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hola@heyjoyride.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
