How Do You Charge For PPC Management?
This will vary depending on what your situation needs and what stage of PPC strategy you are at. If your PPC game is in its stride we charge a monthly retainer and if you are spending over $8k USD per month for advertising then we also charge a retainer + a percentage of your ad spend. We work this out in brackets (eg. $8k – $13k, $13001 – $18k, $18001<)
We can start in a little over 48 hours once we complete a tech audit. We complete a tech audit on every account before we start which can take up to 4 days. This includes your Google Ad Account, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, Google Merchant Center, GA4 in Analytics and Facebook Business Suite. Once we have access to the assets our team can get started immediately on your campaign.
The Magic Number For ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend)?
For established EComm businesses, if you spend $1, you should get back out $2 or $3. If your ROAS on a given ad is above 3x, then you’re doing great!
For Lead Generation (Service Businesses), if you spend $1 you should get back between $4 – $8< Typically most service businesses can achieve very high returns, not all businesses are Google Ad businesses, if your business is the right fit, clients typically see very high returns using Google as a marketing platform.
How Long Does It Take To Get Results?
We generally start to significant results within 3 months, but we do start to see an increase in revenue within 4-5 weeks which indicates we are on the right track.
If we do not start seeing results in 2-3 weeks we will start to look at shifting the strategy. Our goal is to use all our knowledge to move the needle for you, we have not had a customer yet that we haven’t seen growth with.

Hey Joyride is a service-based business and we have a team to fuel so we can all drive customers into your business.
We only accept payment upfront in anticipation of the coming month, you are free to decide each month whether you continue with us or not (no lock-in contracts…ever!).
You are free to make your own choices and we would never make you feel like you have to keep going if you are not happy with the service or results.
We charge in USD via STRIPE subscription – we never pass on the fees and the price we quote will be the price you pay.
How Do You Know What Campaign Strategies To Choose On Behalf Of Your Clients?
When onboarding a new client, we complete an analysis of your advertising budget capabilities. Upon determination, we can tailor the optimum strategy based on your biggest goals.
What Are Your Turnaround Times For Taking On New Clients And Executing Campaigns?
Currently, you have to apply, there are 2 new availabilities per month as we don’t fill our guys to capacity, we responsibly take on clients to avoid jeopardising the quality of our work.
Once you are onboard we execute new campaigns within 48 hours after the tech audit is complete. Once your campaigns are LIVE we are optimising daily.
We are based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. If you are within 100KM of Brisbane we do not charge travel.
If you would like to partner with us for your next social campaign but are outside of that location, we can still come to you. We will pass on the cost of travel only, not any other expenses. Typically this will be flights + parking (If you are in NZ then accommodation for 1 night will be added)
What Happens If I Am Not Happy With The Service?
If for any reason you do not see value, you are free to discontinue using us at any time. All payments made at the start of the billable month will be refundable if you decide that you want to change your marketing within the first 2 weeks of the new month.
If you decide after 15 days to discontinue then the fee remains in place.
Can I Use Your Service If I Don’t Have A Facebook Ad Account Or A Google Ad Account?
